About the project
Who we are and why we do thisOne day we happened to meet one of Khodorkovsky’s lawyers. He told us lots of stories about him that we hadn’t known before, and we got the impression that Khodorkovsky is a passionate and intense individual. With lots of pros and a few cons as well. Then we spent some time with those who don’t like Khodorkovsky and heard their point of view. To our view, much of what they say could very likely be true.
We went ahead and immersed ourselves in books and articles about Khodorkovsky, we watched documentaries and broadcasts, and listened to the things the Russian and international leadership had to say about him…
